Refund Policy

1. Service Commitments

Prior to launching any project, we establish mutually agreed-upon milestones and deliverable plans. Payments are structured around these milestones to ensure complete alignment and satisfaction at every phase of delivery.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

Since services are custom-tailored to your specific business requirements, payments made for completed milestones and initiated campaign phases are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or pause an ongoing service, you must submit a written notification 14 business days prior to the next scheduled milestone or billing cycle.

3. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve any potential concerns collaboratively. If you are unsatisfied with a specific phase or deliverable, our leadership and project team will work directly with you to address and rectify the concern as per the mutual Service Agreement.
